About the Placid & Utopia Series
- We offer custom-fit doors, allowing you to have the proper match regardless if you have standard sized cabinets or something a bit harder to find for your configuration.
- Our doors are constructed with Dura Core, our own specialty material made from five hardwoods. Dura Core sets us apart from the competition, as it not only offers impact resistance, but also keeps from warping by not absorbing moisture.
- To ensure a proper fit, our center panels are precisely cut on CNC machines, then hand-sanded before moving to the prepping/adhesion stage. Our custom profile moldings are cut using a Pistorius machining center that miters the molding to exact size.
- Doors are hand assembled using a Tite-Bond assembly system to provide not only tight miters, but the strongest miters in the industry.
We inspect each door at three different phases in its creation to to ensure we provide you with a top quality product. And because of our quality production system, we can confidently offer a lifetime warranty on these fine cabinet doors.
